Terms and Conditions

Promotional item/s are final sale, they are non-returnable nor exchangeable.

1)  Return with e-store credit

Customers are to notify us within 3 calendar days upon receipt of goods for returns. Once return confirmation is given through email, customers must return the item/s within 3 days, and send proof of doing so. APC is not liable for international custom charges for all returns. 

An e-store credit note based on the purchased value will be emailed to customer once return is received. E-store credit code cannot be combined with other discount code or on-going promotion and also discount used on previous purchase. E-store credit code has an expiry date of one year.

Eg: Sally bought a blouse for $90 during sale at $50. An e-store credit code of $50 will be issued. This $50 credit note cannot be combined with any promotions regardless of previous or on-going promotion.

Return postage is at the expense of the customer and is not covered by Almost Perfect Closet, Almost Perfect Closet is not liable for any parcels lost in transit. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and should not be washed or worn and tag attached. Almost Perfect Closet reserves the right to reject exchange for any altered, worn or washed items. Tax imposed on return is the sole responsibility of the customers.

2) Exchange

Customers are allow a one to one exchange for the same design or other designs of same value.

Return postage is at the expense of the customer and is not covered by Almost Perfect Closet, however should you wish to exchange your item we will send out the replacement at no further cost to you. Almost Perfect Closet is not liable for any parcels lost in transit.All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and should not be washed or worn and tag attached. Almost Perfect Closet reserves the right to reject exchange for any altered, worn or washed items.

3) Rejection of return and exchange

a) APC reserves the right to reject return and exchange of good/s when there are multiple failed deliveries, ie; failed to deliver the shipment due to incorrect addresses, constant failure to contact receiver for prompt delivery.

b) APC warehouse strictly reject returns should customers fail to send back the items and produce proof by emailing tracking details within 3 days.

 

4)  Defective Items

In the rare occasion that you have received either a damaged item please send a snap shot to : hello@apcloset.com to arrange for a replacement.

Almost Perfect Closet strictly do not refund for defective item and only replacement for same or different design.

Defects should be reported within 3 calendar days of receipt and sent back on confirmation from APC within 3 days.

5)  Order placing

After confirmation of order, cancellation and changes are not allowed as our warehouse process orders immediately.

Should customer failed to receive their parcel within 5 days as stipulated on the tracking system no return nor exchange will be allowed.

6)  Actual products

Item colors may at times differ from the photograph shown on this site due to contrast and brightness. As we mass produce most of our apparels, the prints on the garment might not always be in the actual position as shown on the picture. In such cases the item will not be considered as defective. Kindly note that measurements are subjected to a +/- 1-3cm allowance. For Jackets and Coats please note that there is a 1-6cm buffers.

7) Pricing

Almost Perfect Closet reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. 

8) Currency

Please note that our checkout prices are in US Dollars and your final currency conversion is based entirely on your bank provider.


9)  Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice including after you have submitted your order.

10) Changes to our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy from time to time by publishing the revised privacy policy on our website. We encourage you to check this policy regularly for any modifications or updates. Your continued use of our services after any changes have been posted on our website indicates your acceptance of those changes. In the event of any dispute,APC reserves the right of final decision.

International Custom Concerns

Almost Perfect Closet offers only free shipping worldwide. Your parcel may be subjected to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will be in accordance with local regulations. If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed.

If you refuse the parcel upon delivery or if the parcel is unclaimed, the fees incurred for the return of the parcel (duties, taxes, return fees and original shipping charges which means that your free shipping will be forfeited will be payable by you before re-delivery or refund can be arranged.
